Leoa is a brand-new project that flourished out of a collective love of Brazilian music. The band met performing at festivals and events around the world with UK’s premier samba band, Rhythms of the City.

The band is made up of some of the most experienced players of Brazilian music in the UK. Leoa is the creative vision of Lizzie Leonard (saxophone) and is fronted by Ayesha Pike (vocals) of London Vocal Project.
